About the role
Web & Graphic Designer
Running Room is looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing and design team. Running Room’s products are sold both in-store and online through our website. Reporting directly to the Design & Marketing Manager, this person will be a key member of the growing marketing and design team.

Responsibilities:
- Creating designs for digital and print.
- General website updates and maintenance
- Designing and coding marketing emails
- Social media posting and answering messages
- Creating social and print content
Requirements:
- Education diploma or degree in Graphic Design
- 1-2 years graphic design work experience
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver)
- HTML and CSS knowledge
- Social media knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible in performing responsibilities both independently and within a team environment
- Efficient, accurate and has a keen attention to detail
- Strong commitment to deadlines and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional written, visual, and oral communication skills
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Occasional evening and weekend work required - based on events and races
Bonus assets:
- Photography or videography experience
- Marketing experience
- Hootsuite & Meta experience
- Previous experience with Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Tiktok and Meta Ads
- Knowledge of Wix
- Knowledge of Canva
- Fluency in French
