Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure the community meets all regulatory requirements and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Previous management experience is an asset.
