As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving ReelData’s growth by managing high-value client relationships, leading strategic sales initiatives, and expanding their global market presence. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take ownership of key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow ReelData’s portfolio of strategic aquaculture clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, addressing escalations and fostering trusted partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with client needs.
- Represent ReelData at global industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report on performance metrics.
- Mentor and support sales team members to enhance productivity and skill development.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aquaculture, technology, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven success in managing enterprise accounts and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze industry trends and adapt sales approaches.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.
Work Environment
This role offers a flexible hybrid model, splitting time between ReelData’s Dartmouth office, remote work, and international travel.
