Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Kirkland, QC. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette. Day-to-day tasks also include handling customer support issues, managing customer experiences, and working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and efficient supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
