Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Shuttle Driving
  • Shoveling snow and clearing ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Mowing grass and tending grounds
  • Reviewing maintenance reports and scheduling/prioritizing repairs based on hotel needs
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures, fire regulations and hotel security
  • Constantly seeking out ways to improve service and increase guest satisfaction
  • Complying with all legislative requirements and internal standards, policies, and procedures while upholding the company’s core values
  • Other relevant and related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years Maintenance experience in heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical and pool/whirlpool maintenance
  • Must be available to work shifts including evenings, weekends and potentially be on call
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
