About the role
Comforts of Home – Care is seeking Tagalog Speaking Caregivers for daytime shifts Monday - Friday. If you would like to make a difference in someone’s life, please apply! We care for people of all ages. Our Caregivers provide Safety and Comfort while supporting our clients with things like Personal Care including Bathing, Showering, Toileting, Lifts and Transfers, Transportation, Meal Planning and Preparation, Medication, and More. Must have a valid MB drivers license and reliable vehicle to drive clients to appointments, and run errands. Paid training, career development and bonus opportunities available. Hours are offered not assigned, therefore you submit the consistent availability that works best for you. Comforts of Home - Care Inc provides practical assistance to seniors and the infirm in their Manitoba residences. Our companions and health care aides assist patients with meal planning and preparation, transportation to appointments, housecleaning, personal care, medication reminders, and more.
Our personalized home-care services are available from three to 24 hours a day across Manitoba. You can count on our caregivers to provide the appropriate in-home assistance and companionship, lifting the spirits of both the elderly and the family caregivers. We are devoted to seniors and the chronically disabled who require assistance for living, whether they live in their homes or any other setting. Our services provide options so moving may not be necessary.
Caregiving for a loved one can be stressful. When we give relief for the daily routines, we often see family relationships strengthen. Activity-based care and household support services help keep the family system intact and give the family caregiver an opportunity to refresh and carry on.
