As we gear up for the upcoming season, we seek a reliable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Account Manager; you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, overseeing the quality of grounds maintenance services, and ensuring the efficient delivery of landscaping services. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering top-tier landscaping solutions. You will play a key part in maintaining and expanding our client base while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Oversee and optimize Voice as the organization's frontline phone system, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction with grounds maintenance services.

• Account Oversight:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that maintenance schedules are adhered to and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Renewing proposals. Setting up billing Clients, properties, and billing schedules, doing take-offs for summer and winter services in our Project Management software Aspire.

• Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Aspire to align on key business strategies and deliver integrated solutions.

• Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding existing contracts.
  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of proposals for new business opportunities.

• Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all projects.
  • Promote a safety-first culture within the team and clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar industry, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or account management role.
• Strong understanding of grounds maintenance services, landscape design, and seasonal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the landscaping industry.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in google Workspace and CRM software.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Landscape Industry Certified (or similar certification) is a plus.
