Research Assistant for a Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation awarded research project, entitled: Bolstering the impact of the Child Trauma Research Centre: Moving child and youth health research from knowledge creation and translation to mobilization, implementation, and action in Saskatchewan and beyond, and on building upstream supports for public safety children and youth, as well as other duties as needed through the Child Trauma Research Centre.
Position Requirements
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- conducting literature reviews, scoping reviews, and information syntheses;
- communicating via e-mail with research participants and team members;
- participating in team meetings;
- assisting the Research Team with analyzing notes;
- producing educational materials;
The successful applicant will have a commitment to resilience-based research to support children, youth, families, and practitioners.
The successful applicant must be an undergraduate student in the Faculty of Education, preferably in the middle years.
The successful applicant will have worked with children and youth in schools.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate management skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range 16.19 - 23.60 Status Term Work Hours
20 hours/week
