As an Inside Sales Representative, reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Outside Sales Representatives, nurturing leads, and closing sales. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales growth through both proactive and reactive approaches. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

An integral part of this position is the ability to maintain Ideal Roofing's long-established reputation for customer service excellence through these primary responsibilities:

• Process customer requests for quotes and submit them in a timely manner
• Answer product questions, calculate and provide quotes, and research product information to close new sales and meet customer order requirements
• Communicate any delays or delivery issues and make suggestions for alternative options if necessary
• Resolve customer service issues and complaints
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Recommend materials and accessories
• Supporting our Outside Sales Team
• Other related tasks

Required qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Planning, organizational, and goal-setting skills
• Ability to control costs and resolve issues effectively
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related discipline
• Computer Basics in Windows, Excel, Word, Email, and the Internet
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
