We are looking for a Group Process Facilitator for strategic and process orientated HR Workshops to help us meet external client demand for our research-informed engagements which help HR leaders tackle their HR challenges. From matching client needs with McLean offerings, to facilitating a variety of research-informed workshops tackling talent related projects, to evolving our workshop products and providing high quality HR advice and guidance to McLean & Company’s HR clients, you will have the opportunity to impact many HR teams and organizations. This fast-paced role will require you to manage internal & external stakeholders effectively, find innovative ways to evolve our workshop offerings programs, and support our commercial teams.

- Develop an HR Strategy
- Articulate Organizational Culture
- Build Impactful Leadership Development Programs
- Develop a Talent Acquisition Strategy

Please Note: We are open to candidates located in the US who are willing to support both eastern and pacific time zones. This role may periodically require after – hours work to meet the needs of clients in different time zones. The Group Process Facilitator for Strategic HR Workshops will have:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Human Resources with a depth of expertise in at least 2 of the below HR areas –
- Talent Acquisition (including TA Strategy and processes)
- Culture (including organizational culture, wellness, employee value proposition)
- Total Rewards (including job architecture, base pay, variable pay, non-monetary rewards)
- Talent Management (including succession planning, career pathing, performance management)
- Org design/structure
- HR technology
- Demonstrated success facilitating in-person and online process workshops by applying group facilitation techniques to command the attention and interest of diverse HR/leadership audiences and achieve workshop goals.
- Experience facilitating sessions with senior leadership including executive-level engagements.
- Proven collaboration skills with both internal and external key players to assess needs and scope requirements.
- Strong background in workshop design principles and methodologies and ability to design content and activities based on McLean & Company research.
- Ability to develop comprehensive deliverable packages for clients that encapsulate the outcomes and insights gained from the workshop.
- Excellent listening, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales to meet the needs of our clients for workshops and client engagements. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment.
- A specialized degree or diploma in Adult Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business is an asset.
- CHPR, CTP or equivalent professional designation is an asset.
- Ability to travel ~30% of the time.
