Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the RancheHouse Events Specialists team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Coordinate event setups and takedowns, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
- Manage facility readiness, keeping the venue pristine, organized, and set for every occasion.
- Provide top-tier customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests.
- Oversee inventory and supply management, keeping event materials stocked and ready to go.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, training team members on protocols and emergency response.
- Actively participate in venue operations, jumping in alongside your team to make every event shine.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, event management, or facility operations.
- Experience in leading and inspiring teams.
- A strong background in event logistics, setup, and customer service.
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve challenges with confidence.
- Talent for balancing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
- Familiarity with A/V systems, facility management software, and security procedures.
- A natural ability to collaborate with clients, staff, and leadership.
