Holiday Heroes Christmas Light Installation is Hiring: Sales & Office Support (Fraser Valley)
Are you someone who thrives on connecting with people, chasing leads, and turning inquiries into happy customers? Holiday Heroes Christmas Light Installation is looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team. If you're a self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid position blending office work with on-the-ground sales. You'll be answering calls, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and helping coordinate bookings. But you'll also be out in the community, meeting homeowners, knocking on doors, leaving flyers, and doing what it takes to bring in new business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering customer calls and emails
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Following up with leads and converting them to bookings
- Visiting properties to provide estimates
- Door-knocking or canvassing when needed
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
What We're Looking For:
- A go-getter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Someone who’s comfortable on the phone and in person
- Friendly, organized, and professional
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly
- Able to manage time well and juggle multiple tasks
- Familiar with the Fraser Valley area
Details:
- Seasonal position with potential for growth
- Flexible hours, some evenings and weekends may be required
- Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
