We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our professional sales team, with a proven track record of territory management in Southwestern Ontario to the western Greater Toronto Area . In this key role, you will drive sales growth by providing tailored compressed air solutions to industry, building strong relationships, and offering expert guidance and training to enhance product adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Travel regularly within the territory (SW Ontario to western GTA) to meet with clients and potential partners, understand their needs, and present our compressed air solutions.
  • Build long-term partnerships by providing expert guidance and reliable support.
  • Support distributors in optimizing the performance, efficiency, and safety of their clients' compressed air systems.
  • Train distributors on our range of innovative products, making joint calls with their representatives and managing this existing book of business with a focus on expanding product breath and sales programs.
  • Contact end-users to evaluate compressed air use and technically advise on solutions.
  • Represent Topring at industry events and trade shows, networking with key partners and identifying business opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

  • Solid B2B sales experience within industrial distribution networks.
  • College diploma in business administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of compressed air, pneumatics, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong sales skills, including communication, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Autonomy, proactiveness, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
  • Ability to plan and organize activities strategically across the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Important: Only candidates legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.

Although Topring’s head office is located in Granby, Quebec, you are expected to reside within the assigned territory—ideally in London, Ontario or nearby. Frequent travel within the territory (SW Ontario to western GTA) is required as part of your responsibilities. One in-person team meeting is held annually at our Granby office—a great opportunity to connect with colleagues. When not travelling, the role allows for working from home.

WHO WILL YOU BE COLLABORATING WITH

  • You will join our sales team of 14 people based across Quebec and Ontario, reporting to the Regional Sales Director based in Ontario.
  • You will also collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including customer support, procurement, technical, administration, marketing, warehouse, and talent & culture. The Topring team is made up of 75 passionate and experienced people with complementary strengths and diverse interests.
  • For this specific position, French skills are not required, as the customers you will be interacting with are based in Ontario, and your immediate colleagues are either bilingual or English-speaking. However, if you're ready to learn a few French words, that's a bonus! Who wouldn't want to impress their colleagues with a charming "Bonjour" now and then?
