Job Description
As a Digital Innovation & Product Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative digital products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely product launches.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or digital innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or technology.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
