As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables, manage project risks, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
