We are currently looking for a Market Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Mississauga.
A Day in the Life:
- Transform data into strategy: Own insights & analysis to track brand performance, advertising effectiveness, and media impact across Nissan and Infiniti
- Insight engine: Support delivery of actionable insights and reporting to inform marketing, product, and brand strategy.
- Connect the dots: Leverage and integrate multiple syndicated data tools (e.g., NVCS, mTAB, SPSS, JD Power) to assess consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Data champion: Ensure the integrity and agility of Market Intelligence datasets through proactive management and regular updates.
- Cross-functional Research Partner: Collaborate with internal departments to identify custom research needs, guide methodology, and ensure data integrity and value in decision-making.
Who We're Looking for:
- Minimum 2 years in market research, consumer insights, marketing, advertising, or data analyst roles Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g. mTAB, Tableau, SPSS),
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
