Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a key front-facing member of the organization, responsible for driving group ticket sales, managing sponsorship accounts, and supporting the overall marketing and administrative operations. This hybrid role combines outbound sales efforts with inbound request handling, ensuring both revenue growth and smooth day-to-day communication with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Lead outbound sales efforts focused on group ticket packages, team day bookings, and corporate events
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and networking
- Manage a sales pipeline and provide regular updates on prospects and conversions
Sponsorship & Partner Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for existing sponsorship accounts, ensuring fulfillment of deliverables
- Coordinate with internal departments to execute sponsorship activations
- Assist in identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities
Marketing Support
- Help execute marketing campaigns tied to group sales, promotions, and community events
- Support digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media coordination, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with design or content teams to create sales and promotional materials
Administrative Duties
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding tickets, events, and partnership opportunities
- Maintain organized records of sales, contracts, and communications
- Support day-to-day office and operational tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in sports, events, or entertainment is an asset
