As an SDR at CyberQP, you'll be on the front lines of our sales efforts—traveling across the country to attend industry trade shows and events. You’ll be responsible for representing the brand, managing our trade show presence from set up to breakdown, and generating qualified opportunities by engaging with potential customers. You’ll follow up with leads, book meetings, and ensure seamless handoff and coordination with our Account Executives (AEs).

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. You're not waiting to be told what to do—you’re already doing it.

Responsibilities:

· Attend and manage CyberQP’s presence at industry events and trade shows (travel up to 75%)

· Set up and break down event booths independently or with minimal assistance

· Engage with prospects on-site, qualify them, and schedule meetings with AEs

· Ensure booked meetings are confirmed and attended

· Follow up promptly with leads post-event via email, phone, and LinkedIn

· Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.)

· Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to optimize event ROI

· Self-source new opportunities through outreach between events

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar customer-facing role

· Comfortable with extensive travel (75% or more), including occasional weekends

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly independent, self-motivated, and resourceful

· Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM platforms and outreach tools

· Able to lift and transport booth materials as needed (up to ~50 lbs)

· Trustworthy and reliable in remote and unsupervised settings
