Job Description:
We're looking for driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our door-to-door solar sales team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, connecting with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar, and setting up consultations. This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings, making it ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive on results.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads by canvassing designated residential neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy solutions
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and the programs available
- Schedule appointments for our solar consultants
- Track leads and activity in our CRM system
- Attend team meetings and training sessions

- Reliable transportation
