Alumni Relations Coordinator
Full Time Support Staff – (13 month contract)
Reporting to the Manager, Alumni & Advancement, the Alumni Relations Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating positive strategic relationships between Nipissing University and our alumni. The Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering a strategic alumni relations program grounded within the University’s strategic priorities for the mutual benefit of Nipissing University and our alumni. The Coordinator is the advisor to the Nipissing University Alumni Advisory Board (NUAAB), Nipissing University Student Alumni (NUSA) and key groups of influential alumni, providing professional advising and organizational support. This position will also be responsible for oversight of alumni information in the Advancement database. As a member of the Advancement team, the Coordinator will develop assessment measures for the alumni relations program and communicate program outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a University degree, preferably from Nipissing University and three to five years of experience in a related field such as alumni relations, fundraising, marketing, customer relationship management, and/or special event planning.
