Join Our Print Solutions Team at WBM!

WBM is ready and eager to welcome new members to our mid-market Print Solutions team! Specializing in our large MFP, copier, and print portfolios, we are looking to grow our Print Solutions team in Vancouver to drive continued growth across the BC market. Experience in analyzing and optimizing managed print infrastructure environments is an asset but not necessary for the position. We are looking for passionate sales professionals who want to join an amazing team and are motivated by helping clients achieve world-class outcomes and results.

Role and Responsibilities

Our mid-market Print Solutions Sales Specialist will immerse themselves in everything associated with Managed Print. Operational duties for this position include engaging BC clients and prospective clients around their current print environment, identifying opportunities for improved workflow, cost savings, and overall optimization of their environment. They will both independently and as part of a team, supporting Account Managers in the field by helping them fortify and grow our portfolio of Managed Print clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting reviews, optimization plans, and proposals to our clients. They will provide analysis and technical expertise in the disciplines of print and copy and will be adept at understanding, recommending, and implementing WBM best practices at client sites.

  • Passionate hunter/connector who can leverage their network to engage the business community
  • Customer-first mindset; leveraging strong organizational skills to manage multiple client requests in a timely and world-class level
  • Ability to understand client needs and create proposals that are tailored and impactful
  • Strong work ethic and focus
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Passion for technology and the impact it can have on a business
  • Ability to represent WBM in a professional and courteous manner
  • High competence with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Previous copier sales preferred but willing to train the right sales-driven self-starter
