What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Load trucks and feed hoppers safely and efficiently
  • Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies
  • Work closely with plant and maintenance teams to support production goals

What Are We Looking For

  • Skilled in operating heavy equipment, particularly loaders, in an industrial setting
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
  • Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
  • Valid equipment operator certification or equivalent experience is an asset

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
