Job Description:

This position works in the In the International Import Office and helps with the training and development of center administrative employees where such employees are assigned, and will direct the work of others.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer service requests/escalations

• Respond and follow up with Canada Customs requests

• Key Admin position coverage including submitting targeting to Customs, flagging customs inspects, run release cycles, submitting import ground trips to Customs portal etc.

• Monitor and audit cleared RTS

• Training of new Administrative Assistants

• Routine/Yearly Audits

• Responsible for managing workload of Administrative Assistants

• Place of Work: 1221 32ND AVENUE LACHINE, QC H8T 3H2 Canada

• Shift Days/Time: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 18:30 (Flexibility required)

Qualifications:

Bilingual English and French
High school diploma , GED, or International equivalent
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
