InTune Music Windsor is a creative, inclusive music school offering private lessons, group classes, and performance opportunities for students of all ages. Our mission is to make music a meaningful and accessible part of everyday life—especially for neurodivergent students and those seeking a more personalized approach.
We’re currently seeking a violin teacher to join our team of passionate instructors. Our previous violin instructor is relocating, and we want to ensure our current and future students continue to receive high-quality, encouraging instruction.
What We Offer:

- Coverage under InTune's liability insurance (once contracted)
- Marketing and admin support from the studio owner
What We're Looking For:
- A skilled violinist with experience teaching private lessons
- Reliable, professional, and friendly communication
- Ability to teach beginner through intermediate students (RCM or non-RCM)
- Comfortable working with children, teens, and/or adults
- A valid police clearance (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring)
- Experience with neurodivergent students is a plus, but not required
- Music degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Teach weekly private violin lessons
- Adapt teaching style to each student’s needs and goals
- Communicate regularly with families and the studio
- Participate in optional recitals or studio events
- Maintain attendance and scheduling through MyMusicStaff
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
