Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Digital Engagement Specialist to join a large HCM company in Toronto on a 6 month contract with the possibility of turning into a full time opportunity. This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week onsite, Etobicoke, ON. This individual will be responsible to drive engagement through webinars, campaigns, and bilingual (English/French) support. This role leverages bilingual skills to deliver inclusive, high-impact experiences across diverse client groups, ensuring seamless communication and culturally relevant content. Responsibilities include planning and executing webinars, designing engagement campaigns, overseeing translations, and supporting knowledge management with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and platform adoption through data-driven insights.

Experience

•3+ years in community management or marketing with experience in bilingual (French-English) environments.

•Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with expertise in Quebec cultural nuances

•Proficiency with machine translation tools (e.g., DeepL, Google Translate) and content management systems

•Track record of improving user experience for diverse client groups, particularly in multilingual setting

•Strong communication skills to engage French-speaking clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

•Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities.

•Expertise in campaign development, content creation, and webinar production and client engagement strategies.

• Certifications in digital marketing or content marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Content Marketing Institute).

Nice to Have:

•3+ years in webinar coordination or event planning

•2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
