As one of the largest volleyball clubs in Canada, we operate in multiple locations, including Calgary, Foothills, Cochrane, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, and Fraser Valley, with over 57 teams. Our community involvement includes supporting Alberta's Children Hospital, Make a Wish Foundation, and local food banks, raising substantial funds and donating gear to youth in Nairobi, Kenya.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Calgary, AB. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day clerical tasks, manage phone communications, provide executive administrative support, and assist with various administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the club.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Our coaches can provide insight for athletes’ future planning and are more than willing to help athletes set goals and assist them in achieving them.
Ace Volleyball Club is involved in several community outreach initiatives. A few of the charities we support includes the Alberta’s Children Hospital, Make a Wish Foundation, and several local food banks. In the past eight seasons Ace Volleyball Club has raised over $97,000 for children in the Alberta Children’s Hospital, $100,000 for Make a Wish Foundation, $12,000 for the Canadian Women’s National Volleyball Team, and has donated a dozen boxes of volleyball gear to youth in Nairobi, Kenya via the Youth Initiative Development Program.
