Join Our Kitchen Team at Coyotes Southwestern Grill – Cold Line Cook

Coyotes Southwestern Grill is looking for an energetic and motivated Cold Line Cook to join our culinary crew. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on kitchen experience and work closely with experienced chefs in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparing our dinner service by handling pizzas, flatbreads, and a selection of starters, both hot and cold.
• Create and manage your own daily prep list to keep your station organized and efficient.
• Work the line during service alongside our chefs, executing dishes to spec and upholding our high standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines and help keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
• Support the overall team with a positive attitude and good communication, especially during busy periods.

Shift Details:

• Typical shifts run from 3:30pm to approximately 11:00pm.
• Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
