About the role

Are you cool under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to lead when disaster strikes? Then we've got the ultimate role for you.

At First Onsite, we're not just responding to emergencies - we're leading the charge, restoring homes, businesses, and peace of mind when people need it most. We're looking for an Emergency Mitigation Manager to join our Kitchener team - someone who thrives in chaos, brings order to water damage, and leads with both expertise and empathy.

This isn't your average 9-5. You'll be the go-to on site, making big calls, mentoring an amazing team of water techs, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with insurance partners and customers to make things right. In return? You get competitive pay, a killer benefits package (yes - medical, dental and vision), support for your personal and professional growth, and the chance to make national career moves if that's your path.

Sound like your kind of challenge? Scroll down - let's make an impact, together.

You'll communicate directly with adjusters, manage crews and sub-trades, and ensure every move aligns with our Standard Operating Procedures and the IICRC S-500 standards.

You're not just managing emergencies - you're leading people, building trust, and delivering results when it matters most with our customers and safety being top of mind.
