About the role
As a Luxury Fragrance Demonstrator, you will serve as the brand ambassador, immersing potential customers in the world of luxury fragrances. Your role is to educate, inspire, and connect with clients through personalized scent consultations, sampling sessions, and engaging storytelling. This position requires a highly mobile individual with a deep passion for luxury fragrances, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse environments across London. This is a sales roll perfect for someone who is a strong seller.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand embodying our brand values and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Must be able to provide string consistsnt sales
Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations, understand customer preferences, and provide personalized fragrance recommendations tailored to individual tastes and lifestyles.
Sampling & Demonstrations:** Professionally present fragrance samples, conduct scent demonstrations, and guide customers through the sensory experience.
Drive sales through persuasive communication and suggest complementary products or gift options, maximizing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Travel across London to different venues, including department stores, boutique shops, events, and pop-up locations, with the ability to adapt to varying environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passionate about Fragrance & Luxury:Deep understanding and appreciation of luxury fragrances, with enthusiasm to share this passion with others.
Experienced in Customer Service & Sales: Previous experience in fragrance retail, event demonstrations, or luxury brand environments is highly desirable.
Highly Mobile & Flexible: Comfortable traveling across London, adapting to different locations and event schedules.
Professional Appearance & Demeanor: Present a polished, approachable, and confident image aligned with luxury branding.
Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and proactively seek opportunities to engage with customers.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in fragrance, cosmetics, luxury retail, or related fields is preferred.
A genuine passion for fragrances and the luxury lifestyle.
Strong sales person
Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
