Duties/Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect vehicles and write accurate damage appraisals
• Follow and adhere to insurance company guidelines
• Work closely with technicians to complete accurate repair plans
• Provide support and effectively communicate with all front-end staff
• Close work orders in a timely manner to maintain a high sales volume

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Estimator, Repair Planner
• General Computer Literacy
• A strong understanding of current Estimating Software
• Knowledge of insurance company procedures and guidelines
• Sales and customer service experience
• Strong willingness to continuously learn and improve
• A valid drivers license
