About the role

Do you have a background in media planning or buying and want to pivot into a more

client-facing, growth-driven role? At Chameleon Digital Media, we’re looking for a Digital

Media Account Executive, someone who understands how campaigns are built and

optimized, and is ready to learn how to pitch, sell, and grow client relationships.

We’re a boutique, data-forward digital media company known for turning real-world

behavior into addressable audiences and actionable insights. This role is ideal for

someone who’s worked on the delivery side of digital campaigns and now wants to

develop into a strategic seller, supported by a team that values mentorship,

collaboration, and curiosity.

You’ll have direct access to our leadership team, real sales opportunities, and the

chance to help shape our client relationships across agencies and brands.

What You'll Be Doing:

 Support new client and agency partnerships by preparing proposals and

campaign recommendations

 Work alongside senior sales leaders in meetings, pitches, and industry events

 Learn how to position Chameleon’s unique audience targeting and data solutions

in a client-facing way

 Collaborate with internal teams to align execution and insights with client goals

 Manage your activities and pipeline using our CRM tools, growing into more

ownership over time

What We're Looking For:

 2–3 years in digital media planning, account management, or buying (agency or

publisher side)

 Familiarity with programmatic platforms and how campaigns are structured

 Strong interest in growing into a sales role and building long-term client

relationships

 Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow with feedback

 Toronto-based or able to work hybrid from our Toronto office

Nice to Have:

 Exposure to platforms like DV360, StackAdapt, or The Trade Desk

 Experience working with agency strategy teams and planners

 Interest in audience data, media measurement, and digital storytelling
