Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative, dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively create independently and collaborate as part of a team. A solution seeker! Someone who is eager to think outside the box to problem solve. Creativity and charisma is a must as this person becomes the face and personality of Dynaline.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that highlight Dynaline’s diverse product offering, our brand personality, our incredible team, community initiatives and our dedicated customer network.
  • Video Marketing: Creating and sharing videos on platforms like YouTube, or social media to showcase products, provide tutorials, or share other valuable content.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and grow community engagement.
  • Create visually appealing content, including reels, videos, and infographics using company tools and program provided (CapCut, Canva, WordPress, Elementor, Amazon Storefront, SAP, MS365 business suite).
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights.

Website Management

  • Manage all aspects of website content, including planning, creation, and optimization, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Conduct regular website audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance user experience
  • Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze website performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor website security, performance, and accessibility to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content to improve its visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) for relevant keywords.
  • Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and social media engagement to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide creative suggestions for developing and executing website marketing strategies (Marketing Plan) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, aligning with company goals and objectives as part of the Creative Services Team.

Marketing Support & Coordination

  • Content Marketing: Creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a target audience. This can include blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Research industry trends and audience preferences to contribute ideas for engaging content.
  • Collaborations & Giveaways: Includes partnering with other brands or creators for joint contests and promotional giveaways to engage audiences and boost visibility.
  • Marketing Calendar: Maintain a shared content calendar, coordinate content requests and deadlines, track approvals, and ensure adherence to content governance processes.
  • Localization & Regional Coordination: Discover unique marketing opportunities and partnerships within the community to support our dealer network to keep business within their communities.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Running paid advertising campaigns on search engines (Google Ads) or social media platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) where advertisers pay a fee each time their ad is clicked.
  • Webinars and Virtual Events: Hosting online events such as webinars, workshops, or virtual conferences to educate, engage, and interact with audiences.
  • Ensuring all digital assets used in online marketing are up to date, clearly organized and readily accessible to the Dynaline team and customers.
  • Support Business Development team with Trade Show and other customer event planning
  • Assist CRO with customer related projects such as updated customer ecommerce platforms with Dynaline information.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate multiple teams and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Balanced thinker with both creative insight and a strategic mindset to support engaging digital experiences.
  • Passion for digital content and an interest in helping build a brand identity.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:

  • Experience designing social media graphics and digital ads that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ability to support the Fulfillment Team (under the CFO’s direction) with Amazon fulfillment and advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with Amazon store management, including customer engagement, pricing strategy, and new item uploads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
