We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver/Kitchen Assistant

Successful candidates will work a variety of shifts which will include mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Shifts are typically 6 to 8 hours with potential to pick up extra time, this can be a part time or full time position depending on the candidate, with a mix of kitchen help and delivery driving.

• Company vehicle is provided

• $17 per hour, plus tip pool to start

Applicant Requirements

• Personal transportation required, as Pinetree Catering kitchen is located outside public transportation routes. Personal vehicle NOT required for company deliveries
• Class G license
• Able to obtain or possess a clean criminal record check, a Transport Canada security clearage (RAIC), Smart serve certification, Safe food handling certification (Pinetree will assist in obtaining required certifications)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs a must
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to follow a daily prep list in a timely fashion
• Ability to undertake basic prep and food assembly duties
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes and general clean up
