Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our warehouse distribution processes.

Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
• Load and unload products from trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Perform order picking tasks to prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order selection.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve shipping and receiving processes.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations while operating equipment.

Requirements

• Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management.
• Experience in warehouse distribution, including familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Proficiency in operating order pickers and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Previous experience with load/unload operations is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
