About the role
As an Account Administrator you are responsible for greeting walk-in clients and callers in a friendly and courteous manner. You will build strong lasting relationships with our clients by demonstrating respect, professionalism and ethics in every encounter.
Responsibilities

Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service

Answer telecommunications system and direct calls accordingly
-
Process client payments according to the needs of the Insurance Company and policies
-
Verify client documents for accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies
-
Process insurance policies and documents following Drayden's workflows
-
Follow up on outstanding matters with insurance companies
-
Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
-
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

You are customer service focused and quickly able to adapt to meet client’s needs

You have administrative or accounting experience in previous jobs, education or hobbies

You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word), with data entry speed of 45 wpm

You are dependable, and ethical

Previous insurance experience is considered an asset
