Accountabilities & Impact:
- Through your efforts, our wine club will become a thriving community, where wine enthusiasts gather to explore, learn, and celebrate together.
- Help drive the planning, execution, and success tracking of exciting seasonal events and captivating in-store promotions that will leave a lasting positive impression on our customers.
- Lead by example and aid in fostering a collaborative environment within our retail sales team, empowering them to surpass sales budget expectations and achieve extraordinary results together.
- Set your sights high and aim to not only achieve but exceed daily, weekly, and monthly team sales targets for our esteemed Company Brand Wines, showcasing your unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Play a vital role in helping us surpass all retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), going above and beyond to increase footfall and create an exceptional customer experience that keeps them coming back for more.
- Be a passionate ambassador for our company's wines and wine accessories, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to educate and inspire consumers, ensuring they feel enlightened and excited about our offerings.
- Embrace the opportunity to play an integral role in the seamless day-to-day operation of our store, where your dedication and passion for excellence will shine through in every task you undertake.
- Take pride in curating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by actively engaging in proper storage and artful merchandising of our stock, ensuring that every product is showcased with care and precision.
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- Experience in Hospitality, Events and Leadership an asset.
- Strong Retail and/or customer service background. F&B knowledge, and corporate sales preferred.
- Demonstrated self-drive and the ability to work independently.
- Strongly motivated with ability to achieve sales targets.
- Passionate in providing exceptional customer service and guest experience.
- Open availability is required. Flexible hours and able to work on weekends.
- Able to Multitask and work efficiently.
- Formal Wine Knowledge training is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Standing for the duration of your shift
