About The Role We’re seeking a data-driven and customer-obsessed Customer Churn and Retention Analyst to uncover the behaviors, pain points, and opportunities that drive customer loyalty. This role is key to understanding why customers stay, why they leave, and how we can proactively influence their journey. If you love interpreting signals, spotting trends, and building actionable strategies, you’ll thrive at Enercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle data, and churn trends across key segments
- Develop predictive models and insights to identify at-risk customers
- Design and track retention campaigns alongside Marketing and Product teams
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor retention KPIs and churn triggers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend solutions for improving customer stickiness
- Test and measure the impact of interventions on churn reduction
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer analytics, preferably in a subscription or SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Experience in building and validating predictive models
- Analytical storytelling skills—can translate complex findings into clear actions
- Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for digging beneath surface-level metrics
