Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. John’s Airport is looking for a new member to join our Housekeeping team. Our culture is rooted in our values, customer service excellence, leadership accountability, and the growth of our 100% locally owned & operated hotel.

The Housekeeping team is a key department within our company. This role will contribute to the overall success of the Hotel by providing superior customer service and a safe environment for our staff and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provides superior customer service and has the passion to want to make our guests feel at home.
• Follows established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
• Acts as an Ambassador for our hotel
• Demonstrates a customer service attitude with internal/external contacts
• Description of duties & Training for cleaning, sanitizing and inspections will be provided on site.
• Other duties as required
