About the role
Temporary position for 3 months
As a finance and general accounting agent, you help manage financial accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives by producing reports and performing audits, inspections and financial simulations. In addition to ensuring financial performance, you help plan and review budget processes. You help manage and control the organization’s accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect the organization’s economic activity. You participate in activities related to financial engineering, product and service pricing, financial market transactions and tax law analysis (including payroll). You perform administrative, office and other tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed guidelines in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You help process and analyze information, solve problems and prepare recommendations, tailoring your approach as needed. You help users operate tools and systems effectively. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
- Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics. Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding for your team
- Provide information about the policies, programs and processes in your field
- Prepare and revise presentations and related documents.

What you bring to the table
- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
