At Fancy Face, we’ve spent nearly two decades redefining what it means to feel beautiful—from high-profile weddings and red carpet glam to our signature skincare and makeup line for radiant, real-world women. Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-obsessed Studio & Operations Coordinator to help bring the fancy feeling to life at our Etobicoke location.

This is a hybrid role that blends e-commerce, retail coordination, customer care, and day-to-day shop operations. It’s perfect for someone who loves multitasking, can troubleshoot quickly—even remotely—and thrives in a beautiful, fast-paced environment.

✨ What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Customer Experience & Communication

• Respond to customer emails from multiple Fancy Face inboxes

• Handle inquiries, complaints, donation requests, and bridal communications

• Manage Instagram DMs / Chatra and respond to voicemails promptly

• Provide a warm, solution-focused experience—online and in-person

Shopify & E-Commerce Coordination

• Update product listings, homepage banners, collections, and discount codes

• Upload new items to POS and online store

• Assist with sales strategies and slow-moving inventory pushes

• Be ready to resolve urgent technical issues quickly—even outside store hours when needed

Order Fulfillment & Inventory

• Monitor and manage inventory across systems

• Pack, personalize, and ship customer orders with care

• Process supplier orders

• Order and organize branded insert cards and packaging elements

Studio Operations

• Maintain and update financial and cash tracking tools

• Keep the shop immaculate: restocking, folding, garbage, floors, etc.

• Set daily priorities and assign tasks to in-store team

• Schedule staff and prepare for events/masterclasses

Team Support & Admin Systems

• Coordinate with our Downtown Toronto store and HQ team

• Use and maintain digital tools (Monday.com, Google Drive, Canva)

• Support bookkeeping and product launch tasks

• Maintain our customer-facing calendar (Rosé Room appointments, events, etc.)

• Have experience in beauty, retail, or Shopify/e-commerce

• Are confident using tools like Shopify, Google Drive, Canva, and POS systems

• Are exceptionally organized, quick-thinking, and love finding creative solutions

• Communicate clearly and kindly—especially when juggling multiple priorities

• Thrive in a role that blends operations, creativity, and customer service

• Are proactive, dependable, and comfortable stepping in remotely if a system issue arises
