Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Halifax, NS, with some work from home acceptable. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative support. The role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or related field
