What You’ll Do
As a Retail Media Network Associate Manager, Ad Operations, within our fast-paced advertising unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success on our cutting-edge retail media networks. Your primary responsibility includes managing, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across specific channels to ensure best-in-class results.
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact advertising campaigns for retail media platforms, elevating brand presence and sales
- Evaluate campaign performance, applying insights to refine strategies for increased effectiveness
- Drive collaborative initiatives with teams like creative, account management, and tech to ensure seamless campaign integration
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry to proactively respond to market trends and competitor movements
- Oversee budget management for campaigns, aiming for optimal ROI while maintaining financial stewardship
- Champion ongoing experimentation with ad placements and targeting to enhance campaign performance
- Provide expert guidance to clients on strategic campaign improvements and retail media best practices
- Liaise with product development, infusing frontline insights to evolve our advertising solutions
- Contribute to synthesizing campaign data into clear, insightful reports for clients, highlighting key achievements and learnings
- Address campaign challenges proactively, offering timely resolutions to maintain momentum
- Maintain agility in campaign management, swiftly adjusting to platform and market shifts to seize new opportunities
- Support the sales process with strategic media planning and persuasive proposals, backed by strong pre-sales engagement
- Provide within-team support as well as being a go-to resource for cross-functional teams for questions, escalations, and troubleshooting
- Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead in the evolving landscape of retail media advertising
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or equivalent, complemented by 4-5 years in digital advertising campaign management, including social media, display advertising, search, and sponsored products
- Expertise in data analysis, leveraging metrics to innovate and refine comprehensive campaign strategies
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, crucial for synergistic collaborations and clear client communications
- A solid grasp of retail media networks and their strategic importance in the digital advertising domain
- The capacity to effectively prioritize and progress multiple projects in a fast-moving environment, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
