This is a full-time on-site Franchisee role located in Ottawa, ON. As a Franchisee at Cleaning Depot by PBJ, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing inventory and sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, and business management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Marketing and promotional skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of the business
