Assistant Store Manager.
Godfathers Pizza Dunnville is looking for a reliable, hard working individual to join our team! This candidate must possess strong leadership skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service. Must be able to contribute positively in a fast-paced environment. Previous management experience is an asset. Our Assistant Manager is responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:
- Managing a staff of approximately 5-10 team members.
- Maintaining a high level of standard for customer service and product quality.
- Training and monitoring staff on daily store operations.
- Performing opening & closing duties.
- Assisting the Store Manager with clerical duties - inventory, daily paperwork, customer communications, etc.
- Performing regular shift operations - taking orders, prepping, cooking, taking payments, etc.
- General tidiness of the store.
Other Details:
- Full-time position - 35-40 hours/week.
- Days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
- Must have Food Handler certificate.
- Employee discount offered.
- Health & dental benefits are offered after a probationary period.
