Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from greeting to payment. This role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities and the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

• Provide detailed information on menu items, specials and promotions
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing assistance as necessary.
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction before they leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Work well under pressure and as a team player

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high volume restaurant is preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
