We’re growing our Data Engineering team—come help shape the future of our platform. Based in Toronto, we’re a fast-moving software company building a category-defining product powered by data. Our team is solving complex engineering problems at scale, using Azure and Databricks to power real-time insights and analytics for thousands of users. As a Data Engineer here, you’ll work on our core data infrastructure—designing pipelines, improving performance, and ensuring reliability as we grow. You’ll collaborate closely with product and analytics teams to make data accessible, trustworthy, and impactful across the business. Our environment is fast-paced and hands-on, but focused on long-term product health—not one-off projects. You’ll bring strong SQL and Python skills, a deep understanding of data systems, and a mindset for clean, scalable architecture. If you love working with big data in a product-first environment, and want to have a direct impact on what we ship and how our customers experience it—we’d love to talk. **This is a hybrid role – Three days a week in Toronto** Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience with one of the main cloud technologies such as Azure/AWS/GCP
- Strong Data Architecture/Design experience
- Strong and confident communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a product-based software company
- Experience with Azure is preferred
- Experience with Databricks, Data Factory are also preferred
