Role Description

This is a part- time or full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Travel Agent will be responsible for booking reservations, assisting customers with travel arrangements including airfares, hotels, and car rentals. They will also handle inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support sales efforts by recommending suitable travel options based on client preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience with booking Reservations and Car Rentals
• Proven Customer Service and Travel Arrangements skills
• Sales experience, especially in the travel industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area
• Proficiency with travel booking software and online research tools
