Location: North & Company LLP – Lethbridge Main Office
Contract Length: July 7, 2025 to August 29, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Application Deadline: June 30, 2025
Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
North & Company LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team for a summer contract position. This role will focus exclusively on scanning and filing documents to support our administrative and legal teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan paper documents and convert them into digital files using office equipment
- Properly label and organize digital files within our document management system
- Sort, file, and archive physical documents in accordance with our filing procedures
- Ensure all records are maintained securely and confidentially
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic computer and office equipment skills (scanner, photocopier, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Previous office or clerical experience is an asset but not required
