The Manager, Products & Services will lead a high-impact, cross-functional team responsible for the strategy, commercialization, and digital web enablement of TELUS Health’s comprehensive portfolio of health services. This includes occupational health, preventive health, year-round longitudinal care memberships, and other innovative wellness programs.
This role blends strategic leadership with operational execution to ensure our products and services are effectively positioned, competitively priced, sales-enabled, and digitally optimized to deliver superior health outcomes and outstanding patient experiences.
You will oversee product marketing, pricing and commercial enablement, digital web platform development, and patient experience initiatives—aligning these functions to accelerate growth, foster innovation, and maintain TELUS Health’s competitive edge.
What you’ll do
Leadership & Team Development
-
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team including product marketing managers, pricing analyst, and a website developer

Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across all team members

Define team objectives, KPIs, and success metrics that align with TELUS Health’s strategic goals
Strategic Product & Services Management
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategies for a broad suite of health services including:
- Occupational Health (OH) services and programs
- Preventive Health assessments and screening programs
- Year-round care memberships and longitudinal health programs
- Wellness and lifestyle management offerings
- Develop clear, benefit-driven positioning and messaging tailored to diverse buyer personas (HR leaders, executives, health & safety professionals, plan sponsors, and patients)
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful service launches and sustainable growth
- Manage product lifecycle, including continuous refinement based on market feedback and emerging healthcare trends
Pricing Strategy & Commercial Enablement

Lead, development and manage governance of pricing models, bundles, and regional variations across the portfolio to maximize competitiveness and profitability

Maintain and update comprehensive sales playbooks with tools, objection handling, ROI messaging, and pricing guidance

Drive sales enablement programs including training sessions, resource development, and regular refreshers to ensure sales teams are confident and equipped

Respond rapidly to pricing and RFP requests, upholding a high standard of accuracy and SLA adherence
Digital, Web & Patient Experience Leadership

Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of TELUS Health’s digital web platforms, ensuring they provide seamless, accessible, and secure patient and client experiences.

Lead digital patient engagement initiatives including the design, deployment, and analysis of patient surveys and feedback tools to capture actionable insights.

Partner with UX, IT, and Marketing teams to optimize digital journeys, improve user satisfaction, and integrate patient feedback into continuous service improvements.
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

Implement and lead regular sales feedback loops and market scans to gather insights on buyer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends

Use data-driven insights to inform product evolution, marketing strategies, and pricing adjustments

Collaborate with analytics teams to track performance metrics, measure commercial impact, and identify growth opportunities
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, communicating vision, progress, challenges, and opportunities clearly and effectively
- Present business cases, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
What you bring
-
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, product marketing, commercial enablement, or digital health—preferably within healthcare, benefits, SaaS, or service-based industries

Proven track record leading cross-functional teams delivering integrated health services or complex B2B solutions

Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, pricing governance, sales enablement, and digital product delivery

Strong strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and bias for data-driven decision making
-
Experience managing digital platforms and patient engagement tools, including website development and survey management
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range: $102,000-$152,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
