We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Dental Administrator to join our dynamic dental practice team in Calgary, AB on Full-time basis.

The ideal Lead Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Schedule:

• 36 to 40 hours per week
• 5 days a week (could include 2 nights and 2 Saturdays a month)

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• The candidate must have experience in Accounts Receivable and Tracker
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker and Gold is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
